02. How to Assemble a “V” Grooved Drawer Wrap For Flat Pack Furniture

Layout all the relevant drawer parts out in front of you on the carton.

Note that the dowels are already pre-inserted into the drawer wraps.
Screw the CAM pin into the designated hole on the drawer front. Tighten using a screwdriver in a clockwise direction.
Repeat the process on the other side.

Insert the CAM barrel into the relevant holes on the drawer wrap ensuring the arrow of the CAM points as shown.
Unfold the drawer wrap bringing together the small grooves for the drawer base panel.

Place the drawer base into the grooves and pull up the drawer sides as shown. Ensure the base panel is in the correct orientation.
Place the drawer box onto the drawer front, lining up the appropriate holes.

Ensure the base drops fully into the groove and then push the box down onto the drawer front until its flush.
Tighten both CAM barrel clockwise ensuring it is locked in place.
