03. How to fix plastic drawer runners to flat pack carcase
Use this video in conjunction with your Assembly Instructions as product may vary

Layout a left hand and right hand end panel in front of you on the carton. Ensure that the bottom edge of each panel is closest to you.
Identify the front edge of the panels and place these to face one another as shown in readiness for inserting the runners.

The plastic runners are supplied as a pair. Carefully snap runners apart discarding the plastic tabs.
Ensure the drawer stops are kept safe as you will need these later in the assembly.

Clearly identify the left and right hand runner. the angled edge needs to be located at the front of the end panels and should be orientated towards the bottom of the end.
Carefully knock each runner into the appropriate holes with a hammer. Ensure the runner is flush to the surface of the end panel.

Repeat the process for all the remaining runners.
Slide the completed drawer box into your assembled carcase ensuring both runners engage on the drawer box grooves.

Partially open the drawer box and insert the stops in both sides of the wrap as shown. Ensure they are fully fitted to stop the drawer from opening to far.
