Assembling flat pack furniture is tricky enough as it is, without discovering there’s a part, or parts, missing or damaged! We feel your pain, but we’re about to ease it.
We supply spare-parts to many retailers, directly to their customers. All you have to do is tell us what’s missing or faulty. In most cases we can only accept orders that we receive from the retailer who sold you your furniture.
So please contact your retailer using the information below, or from your receipt/delivery paperwork.
This will take you through a simple process where you can identify the missing or damaged part, or parts, follow the simple instructions and we’ll do the rest.
