Toys and Games Replacement Parts

Toys missing parts

As today’s toys become more complex, the number of components increases. A missing, broken or incomplete toy usually means that a customer returns it to the retailer for a replacement or refund.

Our service aims to prevent the customer having to revisit the shop and also to stop the return altogether. The customer simply telephones, emails, faxes or writes to our helpline and we ship the part the same or next working day (for in stock components).

Shipping a replacement to the customer not only saves the cost of the return but also means that the customer has a working toy in a very short space of time.

Replace play equipment damaged components

Spare Parts Helpline already works with a number of manufacturers and retailers of garden play equipment.

Replacing a single component instead of an entire product fixes a customer’s problem quickly and prevents them having to dismantle and repack a large bulky product in order to get a replacement.

Sending a spare part offers a significant saving to the retailer too as there is no requirement to deliver a new replacement item and collect and dispose of the incomplete or damaged product.

Examples of play equipment products we currently support:

  • Trampolines – mats, springs, pads, legs
  • Swings – seats, ropes, chains, frames and legs
  • Slides – steps, frames, sliding surface, chutes
  • Climbing frames – bolts, nuts, frames, rungs. swings
  • Activity centres – all components
  • Play house – replacement panels, roof, door, window, wall, fixing kits
  • Paddling pools – liners, supports, frames, steps
  • Football goals – goal post, nets, anchor pegs
  • Netball & basketball hoops – stands, boards, nets, posts, bases.
