Unfortunately we have identified a safety concern where, in a small number of cases, the glue which holds the chair legs together is failing and causing the chair to break.
If you purchased your chair between 1st December 2016 and 13th July 2017 your chair could be affected.
As a precaution, we are providing replacement legs with an updated design which has improved their strength. These can be ordered online for home delivery, free of charge. Full instructions will be included, as will four replacement bolts.
What do I do now?
Stop using the chair immediately and order replacement legs.
